Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Willingness to travel door-to-door in assigned territory.

• Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present compelling sales proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Complete all sales documentation accurately, including orders.
• Meet monthly targets across Spectrum services.
