Job summary

Charter Communications, operating as Spectrum Business, seeks an Account Executive to drive small business growth in a field-based role. You will engage local enterprises, conduct needs analyses, and present data, voice, and video solutions to close deals.

You will report to the Spectrum Business Sales Team and travel within your assigned territory. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in business, marketing or related field.
• 2+ years of sales experience or telecom/technical industry experience.
• Proficient reading, writing, speaking and understanding English.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales within assigned territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to recommend Spectrum Business solutions.
• Achieve sales targets across data, phone, video and mobile services from first contact through final sale.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, presentations and closed deals using required software and tools.
• Collaborate with other business groups to ensure seamless order execution and customer service.
• Attend sales meetings and trainings to stay current with Spectrum's products and strategies.
• Enhance the customer experience through proactive communication and support.
