Job summary

CaptionCall is seeking a caring, customer service‑oriented installer/trainer to enrich lives by installing CaptionCall phones in customers' homes and teaching them how to use the device for confident telephone communication. The role offers a flexible schedule, full-time hours, and growth opportunities.

Candidates should enjoy working with diverse people and be able to work independently, with driving and occasional travel required to service various areas.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to communicate in English effectively.
• Willing to drive and travel as needed.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones in customers’ homes.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service.
• Assist with lead generation activities as needed.
• Guide other CaptionCall activities and expand business reach.
• Meet or exceed installation/trainer goals set by management.
• Maintain customer records and complete required reports.
