Job summary

Sorenson Communications CaptionCall is seeking a dedicated installer/trainer to enrich lives by installing CaptionCall phones in customers' homes and training users on features. This full-time role offers local work with opportunities to travel, flexible scheduling, and potential career growth.

You will serve Deaf and hearing customers, providing dependable, high-quality support and ensuring confident communication over the telephone.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English through reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
• Ability to drive and travel via air as needed.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones in customers' homes.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service.
• Assist with lead generation activities as needed.
• Guide other CaptionCall activities and make recommendations for expanding the breadth and reach of the business.
• Meet or exceed Install/Trainer goals set by management.
• Complete service calls and maintain customer records.
• Submit invoices and feedback on customer interactions.
• Maintain adequate inventory of equipment and supplies.
