CaptionCall is seeking a caring, customer-service oriented installer/trainer who helps people with hearing loss communicate. This hands-on role installs CaptionCall phones in customers’ homes and trains them to use the device confidently. You’ll work with diverse people, with a flexible schedule, and a path to career growth in a full-time position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Willingness to drive and travel as needed.
• Reliable, organized and punctual; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones in customers’ homes.
• Train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service to customers.
• Assist with lead generation activities as needed.
• Maintain customer records and complete required reports.
