Job summary

CaptionCall is seeking a caring, customer-service oriented installer/trainer to install CaptionCall phones in customers' homes and train users on features. The role offers flexible part-time hours, opportunities to work locally with travel to different areas, and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Must have a valid driver license and a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to travel by air as needed.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones in customers' homes.
• Train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service to customers.
• Assist with lead generation as needed.
• Help expand the reach of CaptionCall activities.
