CaptionCall by Sorenson is seeking a customer‑service oriented Installer/Trainer to train customers in their homes and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones. The role offers flexible scheduling, full‑time hours, and potential for growth.

Ideal candidates will enjoy independent work, have basic computer skills, and be capable of travel as needed to deliver in‑home support and promote CaptionCall services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new software.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and drive as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service and aid outreach as needed.
• Complete service calls and maintain customer records.
