Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a customer-facing Field Service Technician to support Canon-supported products across multiple environments.

The role requires the ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, software, and network issues, travel to customer sites, and work in a 24/7 shift network. Applicants should have a HS Diploma or equivalent, basic internet knowledge, and the capacity to obtain required clearances.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Basic understanding of internet environments.
• Ability to travel (valid driver’s license and clean record).
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment with shift work and on-call rotations.
• Must obtain security/clearances as required by customers.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose basic mechanical, software, network, and system failures using established procedures.
• Service and repair designated equipment to Canon standards and specifications.
• Maintain working knowledge of multiple product groups and troubleshoot accordingly.
• Meet and exceed customer demands with efficient, responsive field/on-site maintenance.
• Maintain technical information, Field Service Reports, and Canon property assigned.
• Provide direction to less experienced technicians when needed.
• Deliver escalated technical and/or customer-service solutions for any territory.
