Canon U.S.A., Inc. seeks a customer-facing Field Service Professional to diagnose and repair Canon equipment. The role requires travel, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work a 24/7 shift pattern.

You will interact with customers to ensure quick, accurate maintenance and escalate issues when needed. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, completing the PDIF onboarding, and adhering to security clearances as required by clients.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience.
• Basic understanding of internet environments and the ability to complete the PDIF new-hire class.
• Willingness to travel with valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment with shift work and on-call rotations.
• Must obtain security/clearances as required by customers to enter premises.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stay active more than 50% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose basic mechanical, software, network, and system failures using established procedures.
• Service and repair designated equipment to Canon standards and specifications.
• Maintain working knowledge of multiple product groups and basic troubleshooting.
