You will partner with customers, commercial teams, engineering, quality, and product management to support growth and deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science required.
• 5 years of operations or field service leadership preferred.
• Experience leading a team and managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team of Field Service Engineers across a North American territory.
• Ensure health and safety of the Field Service team and customers.
• Coach, direct and develop direct reports with career growth.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, Product Engineers and Automation Engineers as needed.
• Drive operational excellence and profitable service delivery.
