Repligen is seeking a Manager, Field Service to lead a high-performing team of Field Service Engineers across a North America territory (West Coast focus). The role drives operational excellence, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance while ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient service delivery.

As a strategic partner to customers and cross-functional teams, you will coach direct reports, optimize schedules, manage capacity, and champion safety and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science.
• 5 years of operations or field service leadership experience.
• Proven leadership and customer relationship management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within North America.
• Experience managing a P&L or operating budget.
• Service business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Field Service Engineers across North America.
• Ensure health and safety of the team, colleagues and customers.
• Coach and develop direct reports.
• Ensure service interventions deliver high customer experiences.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, Product Engineers, and Automation Engineers.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Meet service revenue and profitability targets.
