Job summary

Repligen is seeking a Manager Field Service to lead a team of Field Service Engineers across the North America region (East Coast focus). You will drive service delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, safety, and financial performance while partnering with commercial, engineering, quality, and product teams.

Responsibilities include developing direct reports, ensuring quality and safety compliance, optimizing schedules, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or sciences.
• 5 years operations or field service leadership experience preferred.
• Proven experience leading a team and managing customer relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within your specified geographic region.
• Proven leadership and ability to orchestrate resources and motivate teams.
• Experience in managing a P&L or operational budget.
• Service business savvy.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Field Service Engineers across a North American territory.
• Ensure health and safety of the Field Service team and customers.
• Provide coaching, direction, and career development for direct reports.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences and manage complaints to resolution.
• Drive operational excellence and optimize Field Service scheduling and capacity.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, Product Engineers, and Automation Engineers.
• Achieve service revenue and profitability targets and provide forecasts.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives for the Field Service Team.
