Job summary

Repligen Corporation is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead a high-performing team of Field Service Engineers across North America. The role focuses on operational excellence, safety, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while partnering with commercial, engineering, and quality teams.

The ideal candidate has a technical engineering/science background with leadership experience, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Science field.
• 5 years of field service leadership or operations experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel within designated geographic region.
• Experience managing budgets or P&L.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Field Service Engineers across North America.
• Ensure health and safety of the team and customers.
• Manage field service schedule and capacity.
• Drive continuous improvement and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, Product Engineers and Automation Engineers.
• Achieve service revenue and profitability targets.
