Job summary

Repligen Corporation is seeking a Manager Field Service to lead a high-performing team of Field Service Engineers across a North American territory (East Coast). The role focuses on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement while ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient service delivery.

The Manager will partner with Commercial, Engineering, Quality, and Product Management to support growth, provide coaching and career development, and drive service revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science is required.
• At least 5 years in operations or field service leadership is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage customer relationships.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and drive results.
• Strong interpersonal skills and travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Field Service Engineers across a North American territory.
• Ensure health and safety of the team and customers.
• Coach and develop direct reports and manage performance.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, Product Engineers, and Automation Engineers to support service delivery.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in customer experience.
• Manage service readiness for new product launches and achieve revenue/profitability targets.
