Repligen is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead a high-performing team of Field Service Engineers across a North American territory (East Coast) and to partner with commercial, engineering, and quality teams to drive exceptional customer experiences.

You will ensure safe, compliant service delivery, manage customer relationships, and drive continuous improvement while supporting business growth and meeting financial targets. Travel within the region is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Science oriented discipline.
• 5 years of operations or field service leadership experience preferred.
• Proven experience leading a team and managing customer relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet objectives.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the specified region.
• Proven leadership and ability to orchestrate resources and motivate teams.
• Experience in managing a P&L or operational budget.
• Service business savvy.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team of Field Service Engineers across a North American territory.
