Repligen Corporation is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead a high‑performing team of Field Service Engineers across a North American (East Coast/NA) territory. You will ensure safety, training, and engagement while driving service excellence, collaboration with engineering functions, and budgeted profitability.

The role calls for strong leadership, customer focus, and the ability to coordinate installations, maintenance, and repairs while optimizing capacity and schedules across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science is required.
• Five years of operations or field service leadership experience preferred.
• Proven experience leading a team and managing customer relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to travel within geographic region.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Field Service Engineers across a North American territory.
• Ensure safety, training, development, and engagement of the team.
• Drive continuous improvement of customer experience and service delivery.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, Product Engineers, and Automation Engineers.
• Achieve service revenue, profitability targets and KPIs; provide forecasts.
• Coordinate system installations, maintenance, and repairs; manage capacity and scheduling.
