Job summary

RepliGen Corporation seeks a Manager, Field Service to lead a high-performing team of Field Service Engineers across a North America territory (West Coast). You will drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business performance while ensuring safe and compliant service delivery.

The role partners with customers, commercial teams, engineering, quality, and product management to support growth and deliver exceptional experiences. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science discipline.
• 5 years prior operations or field service leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading a team, managing customer relationships.
• Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within your specified geographic region.
• Proven leadership and ability to orchestrate resources and motivate teams.
• Experience in managing a P&L or operational budget.
• Service business savvy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team of Field Service Engineers across a North American territory.
• Ensure health and safety of the Field Service team, colleagues and customers.
• Coach and develop direct reports; provide direction and mentorship.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences and resolve complaints promptly.
• Drive operational excellence and optimize field service scheduling and capacity.
• Support launch readiness for new product introductions (NPI).
• Achieve service revenue and profitability targets; provide forecasting.
