Job summary

Repligen Corp seeks a Manager, Field Service to lead a high-performing team of Field Service Engineers across a North America territory. You will drive safety, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement while partnering with cross-functional teams to support growth.

The role emphasizes leadership, budget oversight, and ensuring rapid, quality service delivery for bioprocessing systems. Travel across the West Coast region is required, with a focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering- or science-oriented discipline.
• 5 years of operations or field service leadership experience preferred.
• Proven leadership and ability to orchestrate resources and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Field Service Engineers across a North American territory.
• Ensure health and safety of team, colleagues and customers.
• Coach and develop direct reports and succession planning.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences and manage field service performance.
