Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Field Supervisor (FS) in New York to oversee Security Professionals at remotely managed accounts and ensure continuous site coverage. You will work with Operations Managers daily to supervise remote service delivery and maintain post integrity.

The role requires 3–5 years in security, a valid Driver’s License, strong reporting and communication skills, and a commitment to punctuality and professional conduct. Competitive benefits and 24/7 support are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional-level experience required and prior experience in the security industry.
• Driving positions require a valid Driver’s License with at least 1 year of driving experience, clean driving record, insurance minimums.
• Ability to write effective and concise reports in neat handwriting; professional and discreet communication needed.
• Excellent attendance, punctuality, independence, and adherence to branch directives.

Responsibilities

• Perform day/night site visits to inspect and supervise Security Professionals.
• Address escalation of after-hours and cold start calls to ensure site coverage.
• Coach, counsel, discipline, train, and manage relationships with Security Professionals.
• Visit assigned posts regularly to monitor performance and ensure post orders, hygiene, and uniforms meet standards.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees and post-order briefings as needed.
• Respond to call-offs and assist with scheduling; stand post when required.
• Identify personnel issues and coordinate with Operations Manager or HR Director as directed.
• Possibly administer disciplinary actions under direction of branch/corporate management.
• Disseminate information to posts and obtain signed acknowledgments when required.
• Respond to client/site emergencies and coordinate with Operations/Branch Manager.
