Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Field Supervisor to oversee Security Professionals on-site and manage remotely operated accounts. You will coordinate with Operations Managers to ensure continuous site coverage and maintain post orders and training records.

The role requires prior security experience, valid NY driver’s license, and strong reporting and communication skills. Starting pay is $19.57 per hour, with licensing preferences noted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with driving history within policy expectations.
• Three years of professional protective service experience preferred.
• Ability to prepare concise written reports and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Visit post locations regularly to monitor performance and address operations issues.
• Provide on-the-job training for new employees and updates to post orders.
• Respond to call-offs and assist with scheduling as needed.
• Identify personnel issues and report them to management or HR.
• Contribute to information distribution and ensure post documentation is up to date.
• Respond to client or site emergencies with proper communications.
