Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee on-site security operations for remotely managed accounts. You will supervise Security Professionals, ensure site coverage, and coordinate with Operations Managers to maintain service quality.

This role requires strong leadership, reporting, and scheduling abilities, a valid driver’s license, and at least three years in protective services. The position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Valid Driver’s License with limited violations in recent years.
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional protective service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance, adjust staffing, and ensure post standards.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees and updates to post orders.
• Respond to call-offs and assist with scheduling and coverage.
• Identify personnel issues and forward to Operations Manager or HR.
• Execute disciplinary actions as directed by management.
• Distribute information to posts and collect signed acknowledgements.
• Respond to client/site emergencies and communicate with Operations/Branch management.
