Allied Universal is seeking a Security Field Supervisor to oversee security professionals at remote accounts and ensure site coverage. You will supervise on-site operations, coordinate with Operations Managers, and address daily issues while maintaining professional image and safety compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and at least three years of protective service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance and maintain standards.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees and updates to post orders.
• Respond to call-offs and assist with scheduling changes as needed.
• Identify personnel issues and escalate to management or HR as directed.
• Assist with disciplinary actions under direction of management.
• Distribute information to posts and collect signed acknowledgments.
• Respond to client or site emergencies with clear communication and coordination.
