Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee remote accounts with on-site supervision of Security Professionals and ensure site coverage at all times. You will work closely with Operations Managers to supervise remote service delivery and maintain high standards of performance and professionalism.

The role emphasizes strong reporting, communication, and scheduling abilities, with opportunities to contribute to client satisfaction and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience and clean record criteria.
• Minimum of three years of professional protective service experience.
• Ability to write effective and concise reports in legible handwriting.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance and ensure standards.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees and post-order orientation.
• Respond to call-offs during shifts and assist with scheduling changes.
• Identify personnel issues and forward to Operations Manager or HR.
• Support disciplinary actions under guidance of management.
• Distribute information to posts and obtain signed acknowledgements.
• Respond to client or site emergencies and ensure proper communications.
