Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee on-site security professionals for remotely managed accounts across New York. You will conduct day and night site visits, ensure continuous coverage, and coordinate with Operations Managers to address staffing and post operations.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in security, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. This on-site role includes routine post inspections and adherence to post orders and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of professional-level experience in security.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and driving history.
• Excellent attendance, punctuality and independent working ability.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Perform day/night site visits to inspect and supervise security personnel.
• Address after-hours and cold-start coverage issues to ensure site coverage.
• Coach, counsel, train and manage relationships with SPs and post staff.
• Monitor posts, update Post Orders, and ensure hygiene and uniform standards.
• Conduct on-the-job training with Post Commander and onboarding new staff.
• Respond to calls, schedule call-offs, and assist with staffing needs.
