Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Field Supervisor to oversee on-site security operations for remotely managed accounts. You will supervise Security Professionals, ensure post coverage, and work with Operations Managers daily to maintain service quality and client satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and at least three years of professional protective service experience. Strong reporting, communication, and judgment are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid Driver’s License with driving record criteria as stated (no major violations in 36 months, etc.).
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional protective service experience.
• Ability to write effective and concise reports in legible handwriting.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance, update post orders, and ensure proper grooming and signage.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees and updates to post orders.
• Assist with scheduling during call-offs and cover shifts as needed at the site.
• Identify personnel issues and coordinate with Operations Manager or HR on resolutions.
• Administer disciplinary actions under direction of Branch/Corporate HR management.
• Disseminate information to posts and obtain signed acknowledgments as required.
• Respond to client/site emergencies with proper communications to Operations/Branch Manager.
