Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Field Supervisor to support operations for remotely managed accounts by supervising Security Professionals on-site and ensuring continuous site coverage. You will work closely with Operations Managers to supervise remote service delivery and maintain high standards across posts.

Responsibilities include post visits, on-the-job training, shift call-off management, incident reporting, and maintaining Post Orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience and clean record.
• Minimum of three years of professional protective service experience.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to write effective and concise reports in legible handwriting.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance, address daily operations issues, and ensure standards are maintained.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees or when post orders change.
• Respond to call-offs during shifts and assist with scheduling.
• Identify personnel problems and forward to Operations Manager or HR; may assist with investigations.
• Administer counseling or disciplinary actions under direction of management.
• Distribute information to posts and obtain required acknowledgments.
• Respond to client or site emergencies and ensure proper communication to operations.
