Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Field Supervisor to support remotely managed accounts by on-site supervision of Security Professionals and ensuring site coverage at all times. You will work closely with Operations Managers to supervise remote service delivery and maintain high standards of performance and client satisfaction.

The role requires driving responsibilities, strong communication, and the ability to manage staffing and post orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with driving experience.
• At least three years of professional protective service experience.
• Ability to write effective and concise reports in legible handwriting.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate staffing at posts.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance and ensure standards.
• Provide on-the-job training for new employees and updates to post orders.
• Respond to call-offs and assist with schedule changes at the site.
• Identify personnel issues and escalate to Operations/HR as needed.
• Administer counseling or disciplinary actions under direction of management.
• Distribute information to posts and obtain signed acknowledgments.
• Respond to client or site emergencies with proper communications.
