Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Field Supervisor to supervise Security Professionals on remotely managed accounts and ensure site coverage. The role collaborates with Operations Managers to maintain service quality and compliance.

Your responsibilities include on-site supervision, training, scheduling adjustments, and timely reporting. A strong candidate will have 3+ years in protective services, a valid license, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance, adjust staffing, and ensure post maintenance and cleanliness.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new personnel and updates to post orders.
• Respond to call-offs and assist with scheduling changes as needed at the site.
• Identify personnel issues and forward to Operations Manager or Corporate HR.
• Assist with disciplinary actions under direction of management.
