Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Field Supervisor to oversee on-site security teams for remotely managed accounts. You will supervise Security Professionals, ensure site coverage, and work with Operations Managers daily to maintain service delivery.

Responsibilities include monitoring posts, training staff, handling call-offs, reporting, and responding to emergencies; a valid driver’s license and three years in security are required; strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience and clean record.
• Three or more years of professional protective service experience.
• Ability to write clear and legible reports.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance and maintain standards.
• On-the-job training for new employees.
• Respond to call-offs and coordinate replacements.
• Identify personnel problems and coordinate with HR.
• Administer disciplinary actions as directed by management.
• Distribute information to posts and collect acknowledgements.
• Respond to client or site emergencies and communicate with management.
