Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect, run payroll presentations, and close deals with small to mid-sized merchants in the local area. You'll work with the Payroll Division Manager and Territory Manager, using Salesforce for lead gen, presentations, and contract processing.

During training, your mentors will accompany you on initial appointments; after training you’ll set your own schedule to maximize 100% commission and residuals from your book of business.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
• Must live in area relative to job posting location
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face
• Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time

Responsibilities

• Responsible for prospecting new clients
• Maintain existing/prospective client records, in accordance with company policies, to include call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; currently Salesforce.
• Responsible for achieving minimum production requirements, including setting first time appointments, to secure a WIN
• Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the financial technology industry, to remain up-to-date.
• Attend weekly team meeting and weekly one-on-one with leader
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
