Auris, a payroll and HR partner for small and medium businesses, seeks a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and run presentations to close deals in a fast sales cycle. You will use Salesforce, upsell Auris products, and interact with the Payroll Division Manager and Territory Manager.

After training, you’ll schedule your own meetings and enjoy a 100% commission-based upside with residuals. First-year earnings average $90,000–$105,000+ for top performers, including uncapped weekly commissions and

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
• Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results.
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients.
• Maintain client records in the CRM system (Salesforce).
• Meet minimum production requirements and secure appointments.
• Stay current with the product portfolio and fintech developments.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leadership.
• Additional duties as needed.
