Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect, present Auris Payroll solutions, and close deals with small to mid-sized merchants. You will use Salesforce for lead generation, run in-person or phone presentations, and earn uncapped commissions with residuals.

During training you will be accompanied by a PDM/PTM, then you will set your own schedule to maximize earnings while supporting Auris’ payroll and HR offerings. This is a commission-driven, client-facing role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and run Auris Payroll presentations in person and by phone.
• Maintain client records in CRM and meet production requirements.
• Build product knowledge and collaborate with the Payroll Division Manager and PTM/PDM.
