Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and run payroll presentations with small to mid-sized merchants, both in person and by phone, to close deals in a fast sales cycle.

You will report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Territory Manager, using Salesforce for lead generation and paperless contract processing. After training, you can set your own schedule to maximize commissions and residuals.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
• Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results.
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and run payroll presentations to close deals.
• Maintain client records in Salesforce CRM.
• Achieve minimum production requirements and secure a WIN.
• Stay up-to-date on Auris product portfolio and fintech developments.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leadership.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
