Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and close deals with small and mid-sized merchants in the area. You will present Auris payroll and fintech solutions, working with a Payroll Division Manager and Territory Manager to build appointments and drive results.

During training you’ll be coached on our short-cycle sales process using Salesforce. After training you’ll set your own schedule to maximize upside through 100% commissions and residuals from the business you bring in.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with urgency and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and run payroll presentations in person and by phone.
• Maintain client records in CRM (Salesforce) with call notes and interactions.
• Meet production targets and set first appointments.
• Develop knowledge of Auris product portfolio and fintech trends.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leadership.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
