Auris is a payroll and HR partner delivering human-centered technology to help small and medium-sized businesses thrive. As a Payroll Client Advisor, you will prospect and run payroll presentations to merchants and businesses, aiming to close deals in a fast sales cycle while leveraging Salesforce for lead generation and contract processing.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
• Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results.
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients.
• Maintain client records in Salesforce and other systems.
• Achieve minimum production requirements and secure appointments.
• Build knowledge of Auris product/service portfolio and fintech trends.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leaders.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
