Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and run payroll presentations to small and mid-sized merchants, closing deals in a fast sales cycle. You will report to the Payroll Division Manager and start with training alongside leadership before transitioning to a 100% commission structure.

In this role you will use Salesforce for lead generation, conduct in-person or phone-based presentations, and upsell Auris products.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
• Must live in area relative to job posting location
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face
• Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and set appointments
• Maintain client records in Salesforce with call notes and interactions
• Achieve minimum production requirements and secure first appointments
• Stay up-to-date with current product/service portfolio and fintech developments
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leadership
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
