Job summary

Auris, the payroll and HR partner for small and mid-sized businesses, is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect, present payroll solutions in person or by phone, and close deals in a fast sales cycle.

You will report to a Payroll Division Manager and work with a Territory Manager; training includes hands-on coaching with Salesforce for lead gen and paperless contracts, after which you set your own schedule with 100% commission and residuals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance.
• Pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
• Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results.
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for prospecting new clients.
• Maintain existing/prospective client records in Salesforce.
• Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first time appointments, to secure a WIN.
• Continuously build knowledge of current product/service portfolio and fintech developments.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leader.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
