Job summary

Auris, the payroll and HR partner for small and medium-sized businesses, is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect, present, and close sales with local merchants. You will use Salesforce for lead gen, client analysis, and contracts, with coaching during training and a path to setting your own schedule for uncapped commissions.

During training, you’ll be paired with a Payroll Division Manager or Territory Manager before taking ownership of in-person and remote appointments to sell Auris

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
• Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results.
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and run Auris Payroll presentations in person and by phone.
• Maintain client records in Salesforce with call notes and interactions.
• Achieve minimum production requirements and secure a win.
• Stay current on product/service portfolio and fintech industry changes.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leaders.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
