Allegiant Business Group is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative for local territory in Texas. This is an outside, face-to-face role meeting business owners and employees in person. You’ll work as an independent contractor with a flexible schedule and a focus on building a personal book of business while learning the sales playbook.

You’ll receive hands-on field training, licensing support within 90 days, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for advancement in a results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Entry-level outside sales role learning to present benefit options
• Independent contractor with flexible schedule and in-market autonomy
• No prior insurance experience required; licensing support available within 90 days

Responsibilities

• Attend company-set appointments and meet decision-makers at businesses
• Deliver clear, friendly benefit presentations to groups and individuals
• Help clients choose coverage and guide them through follow-up and claims guidance
• Track activity, leads, and client info in our CRM (Salesforce)
• Prospect for referrals and build your own book of business
• Work with mentor and manager to set weekly and monthly goals
• Report activity and celebrate wins with the team
