Allegiant Business Group is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative to launch a real career in outside, territory-based selling. This role is conducted face-to-face in a local territory, with flexible scheduling as an independent contractor.

You will meet business owners and employees in person, present benefit options, and build a durable book of business with mentorship and training. It offers uncapped earnings potential and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Can manage your time, set priorities, and follow systems.

• Either already hold a Life & Health license or are willing to get licensed within 90 days (we'll help).

Responsibilities

• Attend company-set appointments and meet decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses.
• Deliver clear, friendly benefit presentations to groups and individuals.
• Help clients choose coverage and support them through follow-up and claims guidance.
• Track activity, leads, and client info in our CRM (we use Salesforce).
• Prospect for referrals, follow up on leads, and build your own book of business.
• Work with your mentor and manager to set weekly and monthly goals.
• Report activity and celebrate wins with the team.
