You will learn to present benefit options, build long-term relationships, and guide clients through coverage choices, with training and mentorship provided. You will attend appointments, deliver presentations, assist clients with selections, and manage leads.

Responsibilities

• Attend company-set appointments and meet decision-makers at businesses.
• Deliver clear, friendly benefit presentations to groups and individuals.
• Help clients choose coverage and guide them through follow-up and claims guidance.
• Track activity, leads, and client info in our CRM (Salesforce).
• Prospect for referrals and build your own book of business.
