Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative to join our local Texas territory. This is an outside, face-to-face role where you will meet business owners and employees, present benefit options, and guide clients through their coverage decisions as an independent contractor.

You'll receive hands-on field training, licensing support within 90 days, and ongoing coaching to grow your sales career.

Qualifications

• Must be coachable, energetic, and eager to learn on the job.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for in-person presentations.
• Strong time-management and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to build relationships and follow sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Attend company-set appointments and meet decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses.
• Deliver clear, friendly benefit presentations to groups and individuals.
• Help clients choose coverage and support them through follow-up and claims guidance.
• Track activity, leads, and client info in our CRM (Salesforce).
• Prospect for referrals, follow up on leads, and build your own book of business.
• Work with your mentor and manager to set weekly and monthly goals.
