Allegiant Business Group is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative to grow a local book of business in a face-to-face territory. You’ll meet business owners and employees, present benefit options, and guide clients through coverage decisions with ongoing follow-up.

You’ll receive training, licensing support, and ongoing coaching as you build your own schedule. This independent contractor role offers uncapped earnings and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be coachable, energetic, and ready to learn on your feet.

• Able to manage time, set priorities, and follow systems.
• Pursue a Life & Health license within 90 days with company licensing support.

Responsibilities

• Attend company-set appointments and meet decision-makers at business locations.
• Deliver clear, friendly benefit presentations to groups and individuals.
• Help clients choose coverage and assist with follow-up and claims guidance.
• Track activity, leads, and client info in our CRM (Salesforce).
• Prospect for referrals and build your own book of business.
• Work with mentor and manager to set weekly/monthly goals.
• Report activity and celebrate wins with the team.
