Allegiant Business Group is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative for local, face-to-face territory work. In this independent contractor role, you’ll set your own schedule, learn our sales playbook, and build a personal book of business by meeting business owners and employees in person.

You’ll receive hands-on field training, licensing support to obtain a Health & Life general lines license within 90 days, and ongoing coaching with clear advancement paths.

Qualificações

• Coachable, energetic, and eager to learn on your feet.
• Enjoy talking to people and building genuine connections.
• Able to manage time, set priorities, and follow systems.
• Willing to pursue Life & Health license within 90 days.
• No prior insurance experience required; attitude over skill.

Responsabilidades

• Attend company-set appointments and meet decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses.
• Deliver clear, friendly benefit presentations to groups and individuals.
• Help clients choose coverage and support them through follow-up and claims guidance.
• Track activity, leads, and client info in our CRM (Salesforce).
• Prospect for referrals, follow up on leads, and build your own book of business.
• Work with your mentor and manager to set weekly and monthly goals.
• Report activity and celebrate wins with the team.
