Responsibilities

• Meet decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses in-person.
• Deliver clear, friendly benefit presentations to groups and individuals.
• Help clients choose coverage and assist with follow-up and claims guidance.
• Track activity, leads, and client info in our CRM.
• Prospect for referrals and build your own book of business.
• Work with mentor and manager to set weekly/monthly goals.
• Report activity and celebrate wins with the team.
