Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is recruiting for an Entry-Level Sales Representative to develop a local territory through in-person meetings with business owners and employees. This independent contractor role offers schedule freedom and the chance to build a personal book of business while learning the company’s sales playbook.

You’ll be trained with hands-on field coaching, licensed support within 90 days, and ongoing mentorship to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Entry-level sales role with no prior insurance experience required; training provided.
• Must be coachable, energetic, and ready to learn on your feet.
• Willing to obtain Life & Health license within 90 days with company support.

Responsibilities

• Attend company-set appointments and meet decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses.
• Deliver clear, friendly benefit presentations to groups and individuals.
• Help clients choose coverage and assist with follow-up and claims guidance.
• Track activity, leads, and client info in our CRM (Salesforce).
• Prospect for referrals and build your own book of business.
