Allegiant Business Group seeks a self-motivated Sales Representative for local, in-person territory work. This independent contractor role involves meeting business owners and employees, presenting benefits, and guiding coverage choices.

You'll learn the sales playbook, build a personal book of business, and enjoy flexible scheduling, weekly draw pay, and performance bonuses as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Must be coachable and coachable, energetic, and able to build genuine connections.
• Able to manage time, set priorities, and follow systems.
• Willing to pursue a Health & Life general lines license within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Attend company-set appointments and meet decision-makers in person.
• Deliver clear, friendly benefit presentations to groups and individuals.
• Help clients choose coverage and support them through follow-up and claims guidance.
• Track activity, leads, and client info in our CRM (Salesforce).
• Prospect for referrals and build your own book of business.
• Set weekly and monthly goals with your mentor and manager.
• Report activity and celebrate wins with the team.
