Allegiant Business Group is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative to drive growth in the local territory. You will meet business owners and employees in person, presenting benefit options and building long-term relationships.

This outside, territory-based role is an independent contractor position with a flexible schedule. You will learn our sales playbook, receive licensing support, and have the chance to earn commissions with uncapped potential.

Qualifications

• Attend company-set appointments and meet decision-makers.
• Deliver clear, friendly benefit presentations to groups and individuals.
• Help clients choose coverage and support them through follow-up and claims guidance.
• Track activity, leads, and client info in our CRM (Salesforce).
• Prospect for referrals and build your own book of business.
• Willing to get a Life & Health license within 90 days with our support.

Responsibilities
