Allegiant Business Group is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative for local territory, face-to-face engagements with business owners and employees. This is an independent contractor role offering flexible scheduling and the opportunity to build a personal book of business.

You'll learn the sales playbook, receive licensing support (Health & Life general lines) within 90 days, and participate in ongoing coaching and career growth while earning commissions and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Evidence of strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Coachable, energetic, and eager to learn.
• Willingness to obtain Life & Health license within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Attend company-set appointments and meet decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses.
• Deliver clear, friendly benefit presentations to groups and individuals.
• Help clients choose coverage and support them through follow-up and claims guidance.
• Track activity, leads, and client info in our CRM (Salesforce).
• Prospect for referrals, follow up on leads, and build your own book of business.
