Allegiant Business Group is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative for local territory, face-to-face client meetings. This is an independent contractor role with freedom over your schedule and how you build your business in-market.

• Willing to pursue Life & Health license within 90 days with company support.

Responsabilidades

• Attend company-set appointments and meet decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses.
• Deliver clear, friendly benefit presentations to groups and individuals.
• Help clients choose coverage and support them through follow-up and claims guidance.
• Track activity, leads, and client info in our CRM (Salesforce).
• Prospect for referrals, follow up on leads, and build your own book of business.
• Work with your mentor and manager to set weekly and monthly goals.
• Report activity and celebrate wins with the team.
